Summer Meetings

On July 2^nd, the Pennsylvania Cattlewomen (PCW) joined the Pennsylvania Cattlemen’s Association (PCA) at their annual field day which was held at Frosty Springs Farm in Waynesburg, Pa.  There were some great tours, demonstrations and lots of industry speakers.   

After lunch PCW members gathered for the annual meeting where some brief business items were taken care of, including electing Directors. 

Filling the 3 years teams are:  Kristi Kassimer, Emily Landis, Ann Nogan

Filling the rest of a 1 year term:  Allison Bardella

Ann Nogan was also presented with a vest as the 2010-2011 Diamond Club winner!  Thanks for all your recruitment efforts!

August 17th - PCW held another member meeting during Ag Progress Days near State College.  Emily Landis and Kristi Kassimer are working on Beef Up Our Troops by partnering with SOAR to collect canned beef products as well as donations to purchase items to send in care packages to our troops!  Please look for more information on this great opportunity!
